Tool: Valid until…

The tool ‘Valid until…’ provides insight into the validity of objects on the one hand. On the other hand, it gives you the option to immediately change the validity of one or more objects to a time that is convenient for you.

Available for:

• All object types
• Groups of all object types

This tool has no other settings except that the result depends on where you start the tool.

If you start the tool at a Group then you limit the result to this group of objects. For example, if you have a Group ISO 9001 under Requirements and you select this Group before you click the Tools button, you immediately see the validity date of the objects in this Group.

Adjusting validity

By checking one or more non-validated objects in the overview, choosing a new validity period or a specific date, and then clicking save, you immediately change the validity of the selected objects to your desired date.
