Forms & actions

If your organization chose to use the Comm’ant Forms module, you will find an extra item on the bar with the Function buttons. A separate Help site is available for this module. 

In case your organization doesn’t use Comm’ant Forms; we will gladly demonstrate the possibilities. Contact us to make an appointment.

Through the “Forms & actions”-button these menu-items and functionality are available to you, depending on your rights within Comm’ant:

My Favorites

Here you will find an overview of the Forms, Reports, and Dashboards you marked as favorite.

You can easily create favorites by checking the visible object as Favorite::

Form as favorite	Report as favorite	Dashboard as favorite

My Actions

Here you will find an overview of the Actions that are created using the Comm’ant Forms module and the underlying forms with workflows.

Options:

• All your own open actions (all open actions of the user)
• All your own closed actions (all closed actions of the user)
• All initiated open actions (all open actions initiated by the user)
• All open actions (all open actions of every user)
• All closed actions (all closed actions of every user)

My Forms

Here you will find an overview of the Forms that are created using the Comm’ant Forms module.

Options:

• Pending (all forms being processed by user)
• All your own forms (all forms being processed and/or closed by user)
• All forms pending
• All closed forms

Forms management (for developers)

The item Forms management enables you to manage Comm’ant Forms. Forms management opens in a separate tab and is only available to users with the correct rights profile.
