Profiles with edit rights

There are several authorization profiles that users of the system can have, each with associated edit rights:

Explanation of rights

  1. Editor: is a user who is only allowed to make changes to existing objects, to which he is specifically associated as an administrator. Editors cannot delete these objects and cannot create new objects.
  2. Developer: is a user who is allowed to modify existing objects that he specifically owns. Developers can create new objects, can delete that object and they can modify objects where no specific administrator is appointed.
  3. Document manager: is a user who is only allowed to create or modify Documents/links that he specifically owns. They cannot delete Document objects.
  4. Application manager: is a user who has extended development rights and is allowed to change settings such as Users, Roles, and specific system preferences etc.
